You can book in two ways: through the search form on the homepage or by calling +7 (499) 286-36-06. Tell us your destination, travel dates and number of passengers — our manager will find the best fare and explain the available cabin classes. As an official Mahan Air agent we have access to fares not available through aggregators. Once the booking is confirmed, your itinerary receipt will arrive by email within minutes. Payment is accepted by bank card, bank transfer or cash at our office. We can also assist with visa documents and airport transfers if needed.

Yes, refunds and exchanges are possible — conditions depend on the fare type of your ticket. Flexible fares allow free date changes up to 24 hours before departure. Non-refundable fares incur an airline service fee, but taxes and airport charges are returned in full. The sooner you contact us, the lower the penalties — so don't delay. To request a refund or exchange, email info@kavantravel.ru or call us: we will handle all communication with the airline on your behalf. Refunds are processed within 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Baggage allowance depends on the cabin class. Economy class: carry-on up to 5 kg (max 23×40×55 cm) and checked baggage up to 30 kg in two pieces. Business class: carry-on up to 7 kg and checked baggage up to 40 kg in two pieces. Maximum linear dimensions of a suitcase — the sum of three sides must not exceed 158 cm. Sports equipment and musical instruments are arranged separately. Baby food and prams are accepted free of charge above the standard allowance.

Yes, group bookings are one of our core services. Special terms apply to groups of 10 or more: reduced ticket price, fare lock-in during the approval period, flexible cancellation. We work with travel agencies, pilgrimage groups, corporate clients and educational organisations. For religious groups travelling to Iran for ziyarat, we provide dedicated document and visa support. Corporate agreements with a dedicated account manager are available for larger organisations.
