1. Customer Rights and Obligations
The Customer (User) must provide accurate personal data when creating an order, both their own and of any third parties for whom tickets are being booked.
2. Payment and Processing of Charter Flight Orders
Within 24 hours after payment, the Operator sends an electronic voucher to the Customer's registered email address. Paid tickets for charter flights are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. Ticket Exchange, Refund and Re-issuance
Charter flight tickets are not subject to refund, exchange or re-issuance. For regular flights, exchange and refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before departure. A service fee of 1,000 RUB (incl. VAT) applies per ticket for exchange or refund.
4. Personal Data
The Customer consents to the processing of passenger personal data (name, gender, date of birth, document details, citizenship) by the Operator for the purpose of booking and issuing air tickets. Data may be transferred to airlines and third parties as required to fulfil the order.
